    Position summary

    You will partner with sales force management to identify, prioritize and schedule territory travel, including gaining an understanding of and prioritizing the highest opportunity zones and coverage frequency within the territory.

    • You will actively participate as a fixed income sales and investment resource for sales force members in their territories. It is expected the position will require a minimum of 2-3 days of weekly territory travel.

    • You will serve as a fixed income sales consultant for division management as well as internal and external sale force members.

    • You will actively participate as a fixed income sales and investment resource for division, regional and national sales force meetings.

    • You will coordinate with division and national sales management in representing fixed income across a variety of venues- to include national, regional as well as home office meetings/conferences.

    • You will work with internal and external sales force management to establish a schedule and syllabus for site based fixed income training. Coordinate and participate in regularly scheduled site based fixed income investment and sales training.

    • You will coordinate delivery of relevant information and data on the general and fund specific competitive landscape. Some writing on fixed income related topics may be required.

    • Exposure to private markets is a plus

    • 5-10 years of Fixed Income experience preferably in a selling role

    • MBA, CFA strongly preferred

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities/issues and to recommend business solutions. Strong training or leadership background

    Capital Group is required by state specific laws to include the salary for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The base salary range for this role is $160-220K+ applicable bonuses. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
