Business & Technical skills:
Good knowledge of the investment management industry as the role relates to fund operations, investment and hedging strategies, Funds' legal structures, investment operations, reporting and regulatory environment and ability to apply it to work assignments.
Good understanding of alternative investment funds including experience in oversight of such funds. Experience with private credit funds is a plus.
Good understanding of the fund accounting and custody functions. A professional qualification in these areas is a plus.
Strong numerical ability, high proficiency with Excel. Tableau, Alteryx, Eagle Investment Systems are a plus.
Strong written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of any additional language is a plus.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
