    • You have a degree in finance, economics, statistics or a relevant field of study.

    • You have experience in third party distribution within asset management and you have broad knowledge of mutual funds, CITs, Broker Dealers and recordkeeping platforms

    • You have 3-5 years in Retirement Sales or National Accounts experience

    • You stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

    • You've developed and executed on a business plan for key intermediaries or broker/dealer firms.

    • You've fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.

    • You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and analytical skills.

    • You have experience working with mutual fund analysts, product approval and research teams.

    • You will help and assist with Capital Group's institutional business development initiatives.

    • You must hold the SIE, Series 7,63/65 or 66 to be able to apply

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
