s responsible for managing the planning, operations, and delivery aspects of the following: - Facility maintenance - Vendor management - Safety and security (including Ergonomics) - Associate services (e.g., convenience benefits, transportation) - Visitor services (e.g., reception and the visitor experience) - Client and internal events - Meeting/food service operations - Crisis Management and Business Continuity local site planning and event response - Space planning and move coordination - Mailroom - Coordination of the leasing function and management of the relationship with building management - Site-wide events to engage associates and build office camaraderie - Procurement of office, supplies, and equipment
Collaborates with site leadership and OS senior management to establish service standards and guidelines.
Creates and manages the site operating budget.
Has interest and ability to broaden contributions and impact over time
Participates in business planning and strategy discussions within Office Services, often leading department and regional initiatives.
Collaborates and consults with site leadership to assess, recommend and respond to urgent, safety/security issues and/or highly visible business events (e.g., safety and security response issues, business continuity events, crisis management, leadership meetings etc.) as needed.
Works with local/regional senior business leaders to develop strategic direction of Office Services in the region
Manages site projects and related vendors that impact the office set up and productivity

Demonstrates strong vendor management skills with the ability to coordinate work among third parties (including vendors, landlords, consultants and regulating authorities) as well as internal functions (Investment Group, Legal, and Risk)

Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates, senior business leaders and a diverse group of individuals outside the organization
Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions on complex and broad matter
Demonstrates ability to plan processes and work across broad, diverse groups to assure work is completed in a timely manner
Demonstrates sound judgement in resolving matters of high complexity
Demonstrates effective and professional service orientation and builds appropriate rapport with internal and external contacts
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
