    Position summary

    ucially responsibility. - Creates enlightened contents in aforementioned materials to facilitate long-term investments for individual investors, with supports from more experienced associates.

    • Manages internal stakeholders as the owner of the marketing materials for CIKK ITM funds

      • Works closely with the sales team to confirms and/or discusses contents in the materials.
      • Leads material creation process with the sales team and other internal stakeholders for new materials, such as at a new ITM fund launch.
      • Collaborates with the client relationship team for client queries and requests.
      • Arranges data/information/commentaries required in the materials with each responsible team within/outside of the Tokyo office.
      • Consults with Legal & Compliance to adhere local regulations and corporate's policy.
    • Engages in additional tasks/responsibilities as assigned.

      • Supports client reporting and sales activities for institutional business.

    • Prepares quarterly client review meeting materials.

    • Publishes pitch books for prospects of institutional investors and consultants.

    • Creates presentation materials for RFPs and due diligences.

    Skills/qualifications:

    • Ability to collaborate with other associates/teams within Capital Group, by respecting others and with accountability/humility/integrity, for the best possible results.

    • Ability to make sound judgment, with rigorous analysis, consistency and long-term perspective.

    • Ability to prioritize assigned work, to complete the work with accuracy in a timely manner and to manage ambiguity.

    • Strong interests in career as a publisher and commitment on self-development.

    • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in publishing retail fund brochures(販売用資料), with certain contents creation experience.

    • Effective writing and verbal communication skills in Japanese with native proficiency. Business-level writing skills in English. (English speaking skills are favorable.)

    • Advance skills in Power Point and intermediate skills in Excel and Bloomberg. (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator skills are favorable.)

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
