You have experience in Talent Development and Human Resources, Group Facilitation or Training
You've worked across large, highly matrixed environments to plan, execute, and communicate measurable impacts in corporate culture and talent development efforts.
You've led large-scale complex projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when enlisting the help of others, sifting through large data sets, identifying critical paths and risks, and aligning stakeholders with strategic objectives.
You have experience facilitating structured and unstructured trainings, workshops and conversations across a variety of audiences.
You are a skilled communicator and have demonstrated an ability to engage senior leaders. You've built strong relationships to help build positive partnerships, champion initiatives, provide feedback, and influence change.
You consider long-term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints. You value differences, seek diverse input, empower others to make decisions, and create a positive environment for risk-taking and development.
You've worked on high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
