team & cross site collaboration. You are a key stake holder to our Global Engineering Team supporting the DTLA office. You serve as back up to the Operations Manager, providing timely updates, work progress, recommendations and feedback, steering operational and facilities excellence.

• Constantly inspects all areas of the site, addresses aesthetic and operational issues proactively, acts as the first point of escalation for facilities emergencies and opportunities and provides emergency support including after hours and occasionally on weekends

• Leads the facilities strategic plan implementation and communication, including contributing to the Op Ex and Cap Ex budget creation

• Seasoned manager of MEP, RFP, RFI, R&M operations and deliverables

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• Conducts physical site assessments to ensure properties are maintained to Capital Group's high expectations & responds appropriately to work orders and escalate as needed

• this role does not directly execute R&M & PM work but oversees the vendors that do, their execution and all relative actions to MEP and Critical Systems, reviews quality of work and advises as to Operating Smartly & Budget Management

Southern California Base Salary Range: $79,438-$127,101

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
