    Position summary

    our offerings, respond to client inquiries, and communicate the investment teams' outlook and positioning.

    • You will lead and/or participate in projects impacting the product line and client group, ensuring products and services are competitive and meet the long-term strategic direction of the client group.

    • You will develop thought leadership, product marketing collateral, commentaries, and investment content for the use in all channels.

    • You will conduct rigorous analysis in the creation and development of product plans, competitive intelligence, product research, business cases and initiatives.

    • You will be the bridge joining Capital Group distribution teams and Capital Group investment professionals. On the one hand you will understand the needs of the clients and on the other, work closely with investment teams to have an in-depth understanding of the portfolio and to curate effective investment collateral for clients.

    Education, Experience and Technical Requirements:

    • Completion of CFA program or an MBA is preferred

    • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business or related discipline such as commerce

    • 8+ years' experience in the financial services industry, with at least 3+ years of ETF product-related experience

    • Strong PC skills (proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Factset is preferred) with advanced spreadsheet & PowerPoint skills

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
