You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
You have experience with or are aware of technologies such as: AWS or Azure cloud platforms/technologies, data management patterns, data lake technologies and AI/ML
You have business acumen in the front-office through the back-office processes and flow.
You have 2 years minimum experience working in and asset management firm.
You have 2 years minimum experience with Charles River Development.
You have 5 years minimum experience performing solution architecture tasks (does not need to have the architecture title): build solution roadmap, manage stakeholders, practice good design principles, led technology direction, replacing technology platforms, provide oversight of vendor solutions selection and integration, practice good architectural design principles
Southern California Base Salary Range: $148,045-$236,872
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
