    Position summary

    th team members globally, and proactive risk management. The associate will ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. The new hire will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Gather, analyze and document business requirements, design appropriate solutions in partnership with Architecture, and ensure their successful implementation. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and other activities to elicit detailed requirements, and documenting them using CG tools such as Confluence.

    • Conduct and manage impact analysis to gather impact of new launches across applications, the effort required to enhance them and identify budget requirements for launches.

    • Design and guide development and implementation of end-to-end data processing pipelines, including ingestion, data modelling and curation, and model E2E system flows and interdependencies across platforms.

    • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure that the solutions are aligned with the overall IT strategy.

    • Partner with Project Managers to identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and develop strategies to mitigate them.

    • Influence product roadmaps and prioritize improvements to capabilities that support scale.

    • Gather and manage launch playbooks to identify, sequence and track activities across several business and technology application teams to ensure smooth launches.

    • Communicate regularly with business and technology stakeholders and provide regular updates on the progress and status of the projects

    1. Ongoing Monitoring of Product Health

    The new hire will integrate with the business and technology teams to monitor the health of products during their lifecycle, ensuring ongoing compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

    • Design, develop, enhance and maintain dashboards and reconciliation procedures using tools like Splunk and AWS to monitor daily health and key data availability in adherence to product specific regulations.

    • Collaborate with business and technology teams to triage, analyze and resolve cross-team issues

    • Conduct monthly recaps by gathering, analyzing and categorizing incidents across various applications and delays from external vendors to report on the platform's ongoing health.

    1. Technical Leadership
    • The new hire will provide technical leadership and mentor junior associates. They will influence solutions and design standards and practices and ensure that the team follows best practices. The new hire will also be responsible for conducting design reviews and providing feedback to various application team members.

    • Participate/Run scrum meetings and work with team members across the globe to ensure timely deliverables

    • Lead feasibility assessments for the launch of new products globally, collaborating with business and technology partners to identify scope and effort, high level design and support the building of the business case.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution engineering and/or business analysis in the financial industry.

    • Strong understanding of investment product workflows, data architecture, and regulatory considerations for products such as Mutual Funds, ETF's SMA etc.

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

    • Experience with platforms such as Aladdin, CRD, and cloud-native technologies is a plus.

    • Experience of working in a globally distributed model is a plus

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
