    • You will work together with other responsible teams including legal, compliance, BMO, and key internal stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications:

    • You have 10+ years' experience in the Financial Services Industry (highly preferred) building and/or managing service or product teams.

    • You have 5+ years of demonstrated experience with managing technology vendors.

    • You have experience running proof of concepts (POCs) and evaluating contracts.

    • You thrive when diving into data and focusing on the details to ensure that we are asking the right questions while keeping top of mind our strategic objectives, internal customers, and stakeholders.

    • You are skilled at collaborative communication and can balance global stakeholders across technology, business, and vendors.

    • You possess an analytical mind and excellent critical thinking skills.

    • You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related technical field or related experience.

    Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346

    San Antonio Base Salary Range: $154,870-$263,279

    New York Base Salary Range: $182,310-$309,927

    In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
