    Position summary

    ortfolio of accounts by proactively identifying problem areas, trends and opportunities, and recommend plan of action to client and/or stakeholders

    • Communication: Provide account analytics and insight and recommend a plan of action and provide timely and proactive status updates to clients/stakeholders for all projects in process

    • Collaboration: Act as primary, internal, point of contact for assigned accounts and establish strong working relationships with clients, Field Consultants and other internal partners/stakeholders

    About You

    You're a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive, Core - FindLaw if you:

    • Four-year degree required

    • Minimum of 2 years client management and/or sales and marketing experience

    • Proven success with retention of client population and associated revenue

    • Well-developed negotiation skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts required

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone, required

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in accordance with service level agreements

    • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes preferred

    • Understanding and/or experience working with the legal industry preferred
