Communication: Provide account analytics and insight and recommend a plan of action and provide timely and proactive status updates to clients/stakeholders for all projects in process
Collaboration: Act as primary, internal, point of contact for assigned accounts and establish strong working relationships with clients, Field Consultants and other internal partners/stakeholders
About You
You're a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive, Core - FindLaw if you:
Four-year degree required
Minimum of 2 years client management and/or sales and marketing experience
Proven success with retention of client population and associated revenue
Well-developed negotiation skills and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts required
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially via telephone, required
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through in accordance with service level agreements
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and processes preferred
Understanding and/or experience working with the legal industry preferred
