    Position summary

    on and maintenance

    • Evaluates data accuracy and integrity

    • Completes data retrieval, reporting and presentations to enhance business systems and improve operational processes

    • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to promote system enhancements, software upgrades, testing and reporting capabilities

    • Contributes and leads key projects in the department

    • Manages vendor contacts in the department for equipment and systems

    • Retrieves electronic customer files from network storage locations

    • Uses computer-based workflow applications to manage files

    • Troubleshoots general hardware, software, and network problems

    • Supports and manages customer specific workflows

    • Performs routine physical inventory cycle counts to ensure materials usage accuracy

    • Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities

    • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests from customers

    • Resolves most questions and problems and involves other technical teams from trouble shooting to solution

    • Recommends process improvements; implements process improvements

    • Works independently, performs complex system duties related to the department function

    • Manages invoicing and ordering from multiple vendors (eg Canon, Kodak, HP, etc)

    • Serves as a department liaison for DSG, Mii, SAP, SSTM, BCC, and

    • Bolt support and applications.This includes the following activities:

    • Serves as department lead for systems integration and maintenance

    About You

    You're a fit for the role of Business Process Analyst if your background includes:

    • Master's degree or equivalent post graduate qualification or

    • Batchelor's degree with significant development or

    • Substantial development and experience after specialized vocational training or

    • Extensive professional development and experience after high school

    • 5-10 years of experience working in manufacturing environment

    • 5+ years of experience working with SAP

    • Demonstrated ability to grow in role and successfully take on additional responsibilities

    • Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, computer displays, production orders, specifications, and burn sheets (level required = fully competent)

    • Able to document and create Standard Work requirements for workflow automation and business processes

    • Demonstrated technical aptitude and Curiosity

    • Advanced computer skills Software/Hardware applications include the following:

    • SAP Support

    • Mii - SAP

    • Microsoft Office Suite

    • SendSuite

    • TEN network migrations, Windows upgrades, etc.
