- Delivers multi-modal training to Legal sales and customer success employees.
- Facilitates, coordinates and create the training content for both new hire and experienced customer success employees. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and customer success performance.
- Develops and delivers on-going training programs to ensure the Legal customer success teams are kept current on all products and competitive developments.
- Strategically partners with aligned business unit and stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.
Resource Management: Collaborate cross functionally to develop and manage sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, presentations, and case studies Ensure all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible to the teams.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales and CS leadership to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of CS teams.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to provide insights that drive strategy and decision-making. Share these insights with the sales and customer success teams to enhance customer interactions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of customer success initiatives across the organization.
Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Technology and Tools: Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.
About You
You are a fit for the role of Sales Enablement Specialist if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, customer success, or a related role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and sales teams.
Some curriculum design skills.
Experience with sales processes, methodologies and customer success strategies
Experience with CRMs and LMS can be helpful (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight).
Delivers training to sales and/or account management employees using classroom, live online and e-learning.
Facilitates, coordinates and create the training content for both new hire and experienced sales and/or account management employees. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and sales performance.
Develops and delivers on-going training programs to ensure sales and account management employees are kept current on all products and competitive developments.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
