    Position summary

    u will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance.

    • At the end of the day, we're looking for individuals who will enable Thomson Reuters to think big, make it simple, and move fast.

    • Plan, execute, monitor and optimize marketing automation and operations workflows to enhance CX, increase engagement and generate leads

    • Deliver compelling marketing programs that engage customers, and use marketing technology skills to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics

    • Independently and proactively propose and lead significant projects, bring forward solutioning

    • Develop/deploy personalized outbound programs that compel prospects and customers to buy a new solution, buy a higher-end solution, buy related solution or renew current solution

    About You

    You're a fit for the role of Senior Digital Product Manager if your background includes:

    • You can understand technical requirements needed to drive optimal customer experience

    • 5+ years of experience working in the digital space as a product manager of a B2B or B2C digital product

    • Experience with digital testing methodology and tracking

    • Experience developing products in an agile (scrum preferred) environment, with a proven understanding of how to apply the agile methodology to the customer journey, including but not limited to digital marketing, sales funnel optimization, online CX optimization, messaging content , commercial policy and pricing and promotion

    • Proven ability to take initiative within a matrixed organization to build strong, productive relationships based on excellent communication and A+ interpersonal skills

    • Demonstrated experience in driving user/customer growth goals in a fast-paced environment in multiple customer groups or companies

    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and proven track record of driving influence without direct lines of reporting

    • Ability to prioritize effectively by balancing competitive analysis, industry trends, customer

    • feedback, and company vision.
