Sr. Program Manager*, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
Attaining assigned client retention and margin goals.
Providing a holistic "customer experience", ensuring high-quality delivery of new and existing contracts in the territory. Serves as center point for the client and the TRSS team.
Maintaining full understanding of the client's mission and how to leverage TRSS solutions to most effectively support their objectives.
Owning management of day-to-day customer needs and interactions for large and/or complex projects (i.e., client kickoff, regular status meetings, trainings).
Managing large and/or complex projects that include, but are not limited to, the following: deals that include services from multiple TR business units, deal that require customized deliverables, have detailed security requirements, and are strategic within the client base.
Directing and managing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients in close coordination with the Analysis, Product Development, and Tech departments.
Ensuring successful implementation of complex deals.
Serving as an extension of Sales, Analysis, and Product/Tech teams on the ground.
Maintaining a strategic view of customer challenges and regularly identifying opportunities to funnel back to the Territory Lead, Business Development Directors, Analysis, and Product/Tech teams.
Maintaining an understanding of Finance, Legal, Contracting, and Security requirements, and communicates effectively to optimally manage processes.
Preparing quality Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) for select projects, capturing major success stories, customer challenges, and future opportunities.
Following the direction of the Territory Lead in prioritizing efforts and collaborating closely with the Analyst managers and Tech teams to problem-solve optimal solutions.
About You
You're a fit for the Sr. Program Manager role if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 5-10 years of client related experience in the Department of Defense, Federal Law Enforcement, or National Intelligence Community is preferred.
Strong familiarity with the broad suite of Thomson Reuters proprietary data sets and technology is preferred.
Program/Project management experience is preferred.
Works well with teams and driving disparate groups toward common client goals.
Ability to effectively communicate and relate to multiple levels of a client's organization.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong business acumen, superior organizational skills, and the ability to follow through.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to sales training, meetings, and to customer locations.
Proficient in web-based demo platforms and MS Office suite.
U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel to customer locations and company meetings (car and limited airplane travel).
Able to carry company materials (to include laptop, marketing material, etc.).
Able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
Able to use the phone.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $205,660 - $381,940.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
