We are seeking an experienced engineer to help architect and deliver various Editorial Tools and services. You will bring hands-on knowledge in building new services and technologies, and will have experience in deploying those technologies for the benefit of the business. Ability to collaborate and work with a team of talented engineers, data scientists, R&D and subject matter experts will be essential.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Software Engineer if your background includes:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent
3-5 yrs in Software Development
Hands on experience in development and testing of Cloud native systems (AWS), and AWS technology stack including AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB/Redshift
NodeJS/Typescript/ReactJS
Experience partnering with internal business owners
Excellent communication skills
Ability and passion to learn new technologies quickly
Experience in service-oriented architecture, and distributed scalable systems
Experience working with global teams
Team player and self-starter
Desired:
Experience with both front end and back end development
Experience with relational databases
DevOps Experience in AWS, Git, Maven, Docker, Shell scripting a big plus
