    Position summary

    of emerging AI frameworks like Generative AI, the AI Platform strives to redefine the landscape of AI solutions whether for experimentation or for a production environment.

    About the Role

    The Vice President, AI Platform is responsible for building, operating and evolving the AI Platform to support technical and non-technical users on the adoption of AI. They will engage with data science, engineering and product teams across the company to ensure feature/function requirements are understood and prioritized to drive maximum value for customers and colleagues. This leader will deliver capabilities that will accelerate innovation and enable thousands of experiments and AI solutions to run simultaneously, at speed and scale.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, operate and evolve the multi-cloud AI Platform including:

      • Advanced tooling for prompting, evaluations and AI Agent centric workflows
      • Standardization and automation of the path to production for AI solutions
      • Automated model development lifecycle, devops, model validation, lineage
      • Model operations capabilities including monitoring for model drift, testing for ethics and bias
      • Training and support of a wide user base with varying levels of expertise
    • Design and implement strong security and privacy enhancing technologies and methods

    • Actively track and report progress to senior stakeholders on progress, adoption and value enablement

    • Ensure a diverse and inclusive organization, driving team growth

    • Work collaboratively with all parts of TR to drive an AI-driven culture

    • Achieve Financial Plan target; drive productivity improvements

    This role will partner across the Product, Data & Analytics and Product Engineering organization to:

    • Automate Data and Model Governance processes (with Responsible AI team)

    • Drive the GenAI Platform agenda, integrating with Content and making the path to production frictionless and timely

    About You

    You are a fit for this role if you possess the following:

    Education and Experience :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience

    • Hands on experience with AI/ML engineering frameworks

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and deployment

    • Prior experience working in a large, geographically dispersed organization.

    • Experience leading and developing highly effective teams

    • 10+ years of software development leadership and/or executive positions

    • Extensive experience creating and executing technology strategy and technical roadmaps

    • Ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios and architectural concepts

    • Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems

    • Experience presenting strategy and operational updates to senior executives

    • Ability to prioritize, self-initiate, and create momentum, even with partial guidance or information

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in driving large-scale change across a global organization

    • Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills with an end-user focus

    • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate updates and desired outcomes in a succinct manner
