    About the Role

    In this opportunity as VP, Finance Systems and Data, you will:

    • Act as the thought leader for finance in coordinating the execution of major technology transformation and deployment, staying up to date with leading finance technology trends

    • Partner with finance process owners and application owners to develop and articulate detailed business requirements for key financial applications, including financial data and self-service financial reporting capabilities for non-finance customers

    • Partner with key finance stakeholders to support change projects and transformation in finance to lead and enable simplification and standardization across the Enterprise and key finance processes

    • Partner with key finance stakeholders and technology teams to consult with vendors to prioritize and document business needs and make recommendations for management

    • Baseline the current finance technology footprint and related data readiness - our "as is" state

    • Create and own the core Finance technology strategy, roadmap and business architecture, working as required with central technology teams and other stakeholders - our "to be" state

    • Partner with finance process owners and technology develop and implement innovative technology enabled solutions to address business requirements to get us from our "as is" to our "to be" state

    • Work closely with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful development and delivery of software solutions and ensure meet business expectations including key activities such as, but not limited to: architecture/technical design & implementation, data integration/migration, issue resolution, integration testing, technical documentation, security standards implementation

    • Ensure that adequate controls are in place across our system and related infrastructure

    • Contribute to functional and managerial policies

    • Leadership and management of the central finance analytics and reporting teams

    About You:

    You will have demonstrated success in leading world-class Tech/Financial Systems teams. You will possess a broad business view and the ability to think through market dynamics, internal customer needs, and the overall business strategy. You will be a proven change-agent and will demonstrate a track record of success around leveraging leading-edge technology solutions and partnering effectively with stakeholders to innovate and drive business outcomes. You're a fit for the role of VP****,** Finance Systems and Data** if your background includes:

    • Bachelors degree in data science, finance, accounting, business or economics (Masters Degree preferred) or equivalent

    • 15+ of related experience, including familiarity with Financial System Tools and Data Science, data inter-dependencies across numerous core systems and be extremely proficient in Digital and Automation opportunities and tools.

    • 5+ years of experience managing analysts, data scientists and people managers/leaders including building new teams

    • Expert in the technical aspects of analytics, data science and statistical methodologies, data management, analytical and data visualization software tools

    • Experience in BI analytics and visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Suite

    • Experience in SQL, Data Warehouse/Data Lake and data modelling

    • Extensive understanding of financial concepts including financial statement analysis, accounting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and standard costing methodologies

    • SAP S4 Hana and OneStream experience desired.

    • Demonstrated success navigating complex organizations and ability to be persuasive with a wide range of diverse audiences

    • Strong leadership qualities including effective executive presence / verbal and written communication skills

    • Demonstrated experience in being an agent for change; Influencing all areas of the organization
