Responsibilities
Create a wide range of original 2D artwork as well as concepts for characters and assets for creative AR effects.
Contribute to the design team with creating accessories, characters, and other interactive assets for our mobile apps.
Work closely with seniors to develop concept designs for various projects from cross-functional teams and internal/external proposals.
Conduct research and create trend guides to support projects and concepts.
Perform project updates, revisions, and maintenance as required.
Communicate with the tech team to ensure efficient and accurate implementation of designs.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Art, Illustration, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Illustration and digital painting using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate to create and design 2D characters, backgrounds, typography, environments, and props using a reference guide, style sheet, or art direction;
Developing visual concepts of characters and environments and detailed digital paintings using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate; and
Applying design, color, and composition principles to create multimedia-based production work.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120949 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
