    Position summary

    a healthy P&L, and supporting the scaling of brands and sellers on TikTok Shop through performance and growth optimization.

    In this role, you will manage and support a portfolio of mid-tier sellers in their day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop, while contributing to strategic PMO projects as assigned. You will gain end-to-end exposure to e-commerce operations and workflows-particularly within social commerce-participate in business discussions with key sellers and brands in the Home & Living industry, and build strong foundational knowledge through structured internal training programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist AM(s) to follow up sellers' tasks (including but not limited to brand hunting, campaign participation, flash sale submission, and other tasks that sellers have to complete at their end) with a well-organized to-do list.
    • Have a good understanding of the seller's livestream schedule to remind them to go live as scheduled.
    • To engage with sellers to push them to increase their content supply (selected sellers only, not all home supplies' sellers)
    • Assist AM with sellers' campaign submission.
    • Assist CM/AM on project bases such as Sellers Training Documents, Competitors data research, Sellers x Creator's ad-hoc projects.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week; preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration.
    • Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and E-commerce.
    • Self-motivation to deliver tasks at best results as desirable timelines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • Experience with Excel, Data Analytical/Data visualization tool.
    • Have experience in managing TikTok account/ other social media platforms is a plus
    • Have networking/experience working with brands/creators is a plus
