- Cooperate with account managers on daily merchant operations, analyze the growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
- Assist in cross-team communication, including collaborating with major promotion and influencer teams to follow up on merchant live broadcasts, be familiar with various processes and links of platform products, and assist in handling various processes such as merchant onboarding and product uploading to promote the optimization of the overall process.
- Follow up on product selection and submission for key special projects and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the effects of activities after the events.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong educational background, currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master in university, eligible to work in France
- Highly interested in the e-commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- Passionate about Social Commerce, with a good understanding of short video and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
- High oral fluency in Chinese and English is required to communicate directly with business partners across EMEA and APAC regions and high written proficiency is needed to accurately interpret and apply technical documentation relevant to ongoing projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
- Previous experience on e-commerce or marketplaces
