- Partner with sellers to improve their TikTok Shop operations through content, livestreaming, promotions, and creator collaborations
- Analyze performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to sellers
- Support onboarding, incubation, and scaling of high-potential sellers within the category
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., content, marketing, creator, operations) to ensure effective execution
- Track key metrics and continuously optimize seller performance and buyer experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in the Toys & Hobbies industry, either working directly with brands, distributors, retailers, or platforms, or through sustained professional engagement in the sector
- Recognized "go-to" knowledge of the Toys & Hobbies ecosystem, with deep understanding of product categories, market structure, trends, consumer behavior, and community dynamics across Singapore and/or Southeast Asia
- Strong industry network and relationships across brands, distributors, retailers, creators, and community stakeholders, with the ability to leverage these connections to drive business outcomes
- Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into business impact, supporting sellers, brands, or market initiatives
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders

- Familiarity with eCommerce, marketplaces, or social commerce platforms
