    l e-commerce business is a content e-commerce venture with an international short video product as its carrier. Our commitment is to become the first choice for users seeking to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices. The Global e-commerce business team aims to provide users with more tailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce, thereby making more affordable and high-quality products easily accessible and improving lives.

    E-Commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace not only for our buyers but also for our sellers and creators. We continually work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall account security of merchants and consumers on TikTok's Global E-commerce platform, so as to prevent losses or adverse business impacts to consumers/merchants/platforms due to account theft or spam registration/abuse and other issues.
    • Design account-related risk prevention and control reinforcement plans, and collaborate with Product R&D teams to complete the plan construction and deployment of preventive and control measures.
    • From Awareness to Disposal to Reinforcement, design the overall prevention and control baseline for account security across the entire link, complete the overall construction of the prevention and control baseline, and continue to optimize the prevention and control baseline capabilities.
    • Collaborate with various partners, define standard operational pathways and responsibilities, ensure the normal operation of prevention and control baselines, and ultimately bear the direct responsibility for the risk prevention and control outcomes, such as account theft and abuse associated with spam registrations.

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of related experience in account security.
    • Deep understanding of account system design and technical architecture. Experience in product technical architecture design such as passport/member centre/kernel will be preferred.
    • Offensive and defensive security knowledge. Full understanding of typical account risk attack methods such as account theft/spam registration.
    • Experience in the construction of account theft prevention and control systems; those with global business account security construction capabilities and experience are preferred.
    • Experience in working on security architecture. Have strong account security architecture design and implementation capabilities, and can contribute to security design and architecture reinforcement for multiple key functions such as account login authentication/registration/password retrieval based on actual business scenarios.
    • Security operation capabilities. Able to design account security prevention and control baseline standard operations, coordinate various partners to complete overall SOP execution, and continuously optimize the prevention and control baseline prevention and control effects.
