Position summary
y-to-day management.
Working both independently, and in collaboration with stakeholders, to deliver high performance standards across all relevant projects, and develop a best practice model for maintaining high performance on those projects.
Responsible for localizing working processes and strategies, managing the labeling projects with the Quality Analysts and providing the labeling results in line with expectations.
Provide efficient and timely data through performance management practices, and deliver reports to business teams when required.
Be solution driven with regional and global strategy in mind, and be proactive in delivering these solutions.
Excellent communication skills, leading diverse teams, and facilitating an atmosphere of communication & collaboration.
Conduct interviews & other hiring process duties to successfully grow out teams with qualified & capable people.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and above or equivalent working experience in a short video product user industry.
At least 1-year of Leadership experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
Be familiar with the business logic of labeling and working mode of the upstream and downstream teams.
A fast learner who has the ability to embrace a fast-paced working environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Comfortable reporting to, or collaborating with, all levels of management and broader stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Display a broad understanding of our business needs, and strategic thinking skills.
Have a demonstrated ability to make good decisions in complex situations. Experience using data to make decisions.
Familiar with machine learning and content understanding.
A passion for helping others to grow, and a willingness to step beyond your comfort zone.
An understanding of tools such as the Working Hours tool, and Data Power is an advantage.
