    Position summary

    eam & Role:
    The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

    The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce, and ensuring advertiser quality on our platform. As a Program Manager within our Advertiser Experience team, you will partner directly with our clients in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance the advertiser's experience on our platform. You will team up with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues. You will develop strategic playbooks and initiatives for the segment and market you support for each quarter and half driving improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular our Sales function to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solving ongoing operational problems at scale.
    • Build strong, strategic relationships with Leaders across Sales, SA Agencies, and Monetization Integrity.
    • Improve operational metrics through education initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends, and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, representing specific policy areas as required.
    • Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
    • Leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
    • Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
    • Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
    • Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed.
    • Consult and coach sales & advertiser to achieve greater results on TikTok For Business

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in an operations, analytics, and/or a project/program management environment.
    • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.
    • Innovative and process-oriented, experienced taking lead on issues with a data-driven pragmatic approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Trust and Safety or Advertiser Integrity for social media platforms.
    • Experienced in communicating results of analyses with senior stakeholders of multiple XFN teams to influence the strategy and approach.
    • Experienced in ramping up a program from concept and formulating frameworks.
    • Experienced working collaboratively within a diverse team and environment.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, dealing with ambiguity, and experienced working in fast-paced environments with a passion to innovate.
