You will equip agencies to use the platform by consulting on how to leverage TikTok's proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers.
You will do this by leading education, training, and consultative efforts across the media planning and buying cycle. You will drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal TikTok teams. As advertising agencies and the digital landscape evolve, success in this role will require agility, analytical rigor, and the ability to simplify complexity into strategic recommendations that drive value at scale.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging internal & external data to develop a growth strategy for key agency partners for use of TikTok's Advertising platform.
- Develop relationships with social, activation, digital & performance teams, from in platform to leadership.
- Educate agencies on TikTok's advertising solutions, ensuring deep understanding and effective implementation across their client portfolios.
- Identify and overcome barriers to product adoption, customizing support based on agency needs and maturity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing Science) to deliver integrated, agency-specific solutions.
- Capture and relay structured feedback from agencies to internal teams to help guide product development, adoption and innovation.
- Deliver regular performance reviews and strategic updates to agency partners to track success and surface new opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry and platform trends to proactively support agency growth and innovation on TikTok.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience building new customer relationships, with deep understanding of advertising agencies
- Understanding of the Australian Agency Landscape and ideally, relationships in this space
- Proven experience delivering results in a sales or partnership development role at a digital media or advertising technology company.
- Able to effectively and confidently communicate with senior agency and client contacts.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Existing relationships with media advertising agency decision-makers
