Responsibilities:
- Drive agency partnerships to deliver revenue growth, retention, and long-term business impact.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with Big6 agencies and key independent agencies.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, balancing strategic influence with operational execution.
- Translate large, complex data sets into clear insights to guide decision-making and business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, legal) to deliver full-funnel solutions for agency clients.
- Provide best-in-class client service, ensuring campaigns are executed from planning through to delivery.
- Create and present data-driven strategies and presentations tailored to agency and advertiser needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, performance marketing, or agency leadership.
- Strong track record of managing senior-level agency or advertiser relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate with C-level stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to prioritize decisions using data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior executives.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English is required to communicate and correspond directly with multi-national partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in economics, engineering, finance, marketing or other quantitative/analytical fields preferred.
- Experience in Indies agencies.
- Tech/media platforms background.
- E-commerce or performance marketing expertise.
