Responsibilities:
- Building relationships and alliances with agencies, identifying and analyzing their needs and challenges, providing training, etc
- Increasing sales of agencies, managing numbers and deals, and developing strategies and action plans.
- Planning and implementing events and other activities to encourage more agencies to use our service in the Japanese market
- Discovering problems in existing operations through collaboration with other departments and team members to resolve them
- Accumulating knowledge and providing feedback to internal marketing, product, and operations departments
- Promotion and support of various projects, e.g. package drafting/sales expansion, product sales expansion, operational improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising sales at advertising agencies, digital platforms, or ad tech companies.
- Tenacious negotiating skills and the ability to propose solutions from the customer's perspective.
- Experience in proposing new advertising media.
- Ability to enthusiastically collaborate and drive projects with other regions in English.
- Japanese proficiency at business level
- Smooth internal communication in English is required to ensure effective collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales activities for the SMB market in Japan.
- Experience in sales activities for both Performance ads and Branding ads.
