    Responsibilities

    • Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies through product adoption and scaled solutions
    • Execute strategic account plans aimed at driving significant investment growth
    • Shape and strengthen TikTok's external narrative in the Spanish market
    • Create, test, and scale local initiatives to educate and inspire agency stakeholders, positioning TikTok's product suite as a leading business-driving platform
    • Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with TikTok and generate incremental revenue streams
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationships
    • Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify areas for growth
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving agency-facing strategy and consulting
    • Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills, with solid understanding of the agency landscape
    • Demonstrated track record of proactively identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunities
    • Fluent oral and/or written fluency in Spanish and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/vendors across Italy, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers

    • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, self-driven, and able to generate incremental growth beyond standard targets
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and strategize based on business opportunities
    • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
    • Proven ability to advise and influence senior-level executives and clients
