    Position summary

    y platform for both brand and performance objectives, shaping agency planning narratives and influencing media investment decisions at senior leadership levels.

    • Build and expand executive-level relationships with agency investment, strategy, and trading leaders to unlock new business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue pipelines.
    • Partner with global cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing Science, Sales Operations, Legal, and Engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions, scalable programs, and operational excellence for agency partners.
    • Develop high-impact, data-driven storytelling and market insights tailored to agency business priorities, competitive positioning, and evolving industry trends.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing strategic agency groups, trading partnerships, or large-scale advertising accounts within media agencies, digital platforms, or major advertisers.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through complex deal structures, stakeholder influence, and market expansion strategies.
    • Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market data, performance insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable sales strategies.
    • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning global priorities.
    • Professional proficiency in English is required to support business needs, including client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement.
    • Deep understanding of digital media planning, performance marketing, brand solutions, and evolving advertising ecosystem dynamics.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong project leadership and program management experience in managing multi-market agency initiatives or large-scale commercial programs.
    • Established senior-level relationships within agency networks, including investment, trading, and strategy functions.
