    About the Team
    SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career - from TikTok integrated promotion tools to global music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation. SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead to create the Label management strategy, to secure business results.
    • Set the business target for top artists and labels.
    • Work as the main point-of-contact of artists and labels to oversee music uploads, moderation, distribution, promotion progress. Provide day-to-day communication and support to prioritized clients.
    • Work closely with artists, labels, cross-functional teams like A&R and marketing teams to deliver strategic support and satisfying service to clients, in terms of projects like artist development, new release plans, track promotional support, etc.
    • Manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to secure execution and performance.
    • Provide regular reports regarding artist development, promotion and reporting, and present to key clients.
    • Oversee the artists and labels catalog and new releases, collaborate with marketing teams to seek upsell opportunities, to secure business results.
    • Keep clients up to date on all the new services, features and campaigns.
    • Follow up closely with the contract signing & renewal and payment process.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in the music and entertainment industry
    • Solid networking skills in the local market
    • Good knowledge of local artists and labels landscape
    • Full proficiency in English, both verbal & written

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A love and passion for all types of music
    • Strong project management and cross-functional team communication skills
    • Capable of managing multiple projects effectively
