Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or data analysis (internships included).
- Foundational data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, basic visualization).
- Strong written/spoken English; adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Resilience and self-care awareness to manage sensitive content exposure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration.
- Fast learner with interest in AI, content moderation, or model training.
- Passion for social media trends and digital platforms.
- Experience in tech, social media, or trust & safety roles.
