This role will lead to the planning and execution of marketing activities, ensuring a seamless sellers' brand experience across all touchpoints. The specialist will collaborate with various teams and manage budgets to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Content Development (Seller Enablement & Showcases)
- Develop compelling case studies, seller spotlight decks, toolkits, and how-to content that help sellers learn and grow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate marketing campaigns and policies into easy-to-understand guides.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to bring content to life (e.g., PDFs, videos, infographics).
Event Planning & Execution (Seller Engagement)
- Lead the planning and execution of online and offline events targeted at TikTok Shop sellers (e.g., onboarding sessions, showcases, seller fests).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (BD, Ops, PMM) and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Track performance and gather feedback to continuously improve event effectiveness.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Support the broader B2B campaign calendar by turning campaign outcomes into content or activation moments.
- Identify content gaps based on seller needs, market trends, or campaign learnings
- Ensure all materials align with TikTok Shop branding, tone, and goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, event marketing, or B2B communication - ideally in e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills.
- Experience managing events (offline and online) from end to end.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to simplify complex messages for a seller audience.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiar with design collaboration (e.g., working with graphic designers or video editors).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with sellers/merchants or work in brand/sellers side, especially in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
- Familiarity with seller-facing content (playbooks, toolkits, training materials).
- Basic understanding of TikTok Shop seller ecosystem and campaign mechanics.
