    About the Team
    We are the TikTok E-Commerce Affiliate engineering team. The E-Commerce affiliate is a platform that brings together merchants and creator for transactions. We are mainly responsible for the algorithm engineering of the E-Commerce affiliate. Including product and creator search, recommendation, product strategy, etc. Here you can learn about TikTok's e-commerce business and how TikTok's recommendation system operates.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the service architecture design, development and maintenance of Tiktok e-commerce and related ToB side search, recommendation and other complex businesses;
    • For complex business scenarios, provide high-performance, high-availability and flexible architecture design, high-quality code implementation, and continuously improve project quality according to product and strategic requirements;
    • In-depth sort out the existing business system, identify and optimize system weaknesses, and systematically improve the overall business architecture quality, service performance and stability;
    • Based on the actual business situation, abstract and precipitate common business architecture, improve the reuse of basic capabilities, and better support high-speed business iteration.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or above, with at least 1 year of back-end or architecture experience, solid computer theory foundation and coding ability, at least proficient in one of the mainstream back-end languages such as Go/C++/Java;
    • Excellent business abstraction and architecture design capabilities, familiar with common design patterns and architectural ideas, good learning habits, understand the latest technology trends in the industry, and can be flexibly implemented in combination with business scenarios;
    • Familiar with mainstream KV (Redis/MongoDB/HBase/Couchbase), ElasticSearch and vector retrieval architecture, familiar with common basic components such as message queues and rule engines, in-depth understanding of underlying storage and experience in massive data storage is preferred;
    • Familiar with large-scale complex distributed system architecture, with experience in complex business architecture design and implementation, experience in search and recommendation systems is preferred;
    • Excellent problem analysis and analysis skills, and cross-team communication and coordination skills are preferred.
