Team Introduction
TikTok Business Integrity team is at the core to power monetization drive for TikTok on a global scale. The team builds the foundation to safeguard our advisement platform and use cutting-edge technologies to bring the most value to our users as well as business partners. In Singapore, we commit to uphold the integrity of the platform by taking advantage of human insights to know more about advertisers and use signals to optimize the tradeoff between risk and advertiser experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build human-led applications to apply KYC/KYB to mitigate compliance risk, educate advertisers with integrity insights and build trust between users and TikTok
• Design and engineer data pipelines and review automation; build visualization to facilitate data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to iterate strategies, prototype solutions and launch experiments to validate the hypothesis
• Participate in engineering planning and execution with teams based in other locations
• Perform troubleshooting for on-call duty

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• B.Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields
• Solid programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style.
• Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages: Go, Python or Java
• Proficient in computer science basics (Data Structure and Algorithms, Operating System, Computer Network, Database etc.)
• Find yourself comfortable in a fast-paced learning environment
• Good at verbal communication and writing

Preferred Qualification

• Working experience in advertisement technology or business integrity
