Position summary
- Lead and improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliability of the product
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development.
- Contribute to engineering strategy, tooling, processes, and culture, improve R&D quality, efficiency and experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++.
- Experience building scalable, highly available, distributed and mission-critical systems.
- Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms
- In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to work closely with diverse stakeholders and have good communication skills
- Self-driven, positive, cooperative and willing to keep learning at all times
