uisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. Day to day we confront the challenge of complicated engineering issues, e.g. design data-intensitve architecture, ensure data consistency across multiple data centers, guarantee fund security, etc. We work closely with data and algorithm teams to build models to better understand the world's biggest and most diverse user base; and also build platform foundations to improve the efficiency of delivering new product strategies.
-Design and develop high-performant, high-reliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok's products.
-Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features end-to-end.
-Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with high-quality and engineering excellence.
-Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related major, with 3+ years working experience.
-Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.
-In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MQ etc.
-Strong experience and ability in system problem analysis, able to solve complex system problems.
-Experience in big data analysis technology is preferred.
