- Own and lead creative, brand innovation and Commercial Partnership product strategy for the DACH market, driving revenue growth and maximizing product penetration.
- Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management for the DACH team and actively form a collaborative but high performing results driven team culture
- Own and shape the relationship with Senior XFN-Stakeholders in the market, ensuring strategic alignment and a high level of buy-in for common targets.
- Represent the company in key industry events, advocating for our Product Solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok's Creative Product Suite (TikTok One, Symphony, and others), providing insights and actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
- Cultivate deep relationships within TikTok's creative ecosystem, educating partners and clients on best practices while identifying key revenue-driving levers across the region
- Develop and refine monetization strategies by leveraging data trends and incorporating inbound feedback, continuously optimizing product performance to maximize revenue impact
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, adoption rates, and customer retention, providing actionable insights to optimize product adoption and campaign performance
- Manage end-to-end creative product enablement across the demand side, ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales execution while maintaining strong partner relationships that drive long-term success
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or advertising, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative creative product solutions and data-driven strategies.
People management experience is a must.
- Direct experience managing the advertising RFP process with a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, KPIs, and the ability to align proposals with client objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in product and data analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize product performance and revenue growth.
- Strong experience in delivering persuasive and strategic presentations to senior-level clients at brands and ad agencies, effectively communicating product value and creative impact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple channels, including executive-level briefings, client presentations, and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead collaboration across cross-functional teams-including sales, product, and creative partners-to align on monetization goals and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
