- Manage the implementation of strategies for specific projects, coordinate resources; collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal account managers, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets), good at problem orientation and problem solving, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field with minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the operation and management of marketing campaign on e-commerce platforms.
- Have a thorough understanding of the characteristics of content e-commerce, have good marketing sense and market insight ability.
- Have excellent strategic capabilities, have the awareness of continuous learning and innovation, excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, and efficient self-driven and goal management capabilities.
- Have the ability to control the risks of campaigns, respond to sudden situations during the process, formulate campaign goals, analyze, and summarize.
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills, pressure resistance, can deal with ambiguities and quickly drive results
Preferred qualification:
- Experience with managing eCommerce platform campaign will be a plus.
