Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in media sales, digital marketing, social or brand partnerships, ideally within beauty, luxury or fashion.
- Understanding of auction-based buying models and branded content strategies.
- Strong track record of managing senior client and agency relationships, including C-level engagement.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce, beauty tech, or app monetisation.
- Familiarity with creator marketing, platform trends, and the beauty community on TikTok.
- Fluency in English
