Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Fully Fluent German & English language skills, in order to communicate with clients
- 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing, in order to be able to operate as a Lead
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies in the CPG/FMCG Industry
- CPG/ FMCG Industry knowledge and knowledge of the digital landscape
- Several years of experience managing individual contributors of varying experience
- Able to work in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network (client and/or agency) in the Beauty & Healthcare industry
- Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Proven track-record in driving incrementality in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders
- Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
- Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
