Responsibilities:
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor portfolio performance, ensuring data efficiency across the team.
- Develop, optimize, and standardize reporting templates to track progress, highlight key trends, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support ongoing projects and leadership requests
Analytics & Insights
- Conduct business, category, and trend analysis to uncover opportunities, identify risks, and improve overall portfolio performance.
- Gather and structure data, apply analytical frameworks to break down complex problems, validate assumptions with relevant data, and present concise, actionable recommendations to leadership for business impact.
- Combine qualitative and quantitative data to build a holistic view that informs insights, strategies, and decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce or Brands
- Proficiency in English and Thai
- Strong background in BI / Data Analytics, with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python for data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Entrepreneurial with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms together with brands or enabler is a strong plus.
