In this role, you will:

• Perform Business Integrity strategy analysis and research for TikTok Commercial Business, proactively identify business risk and revenue balance pain points, and design solutions.
• Experience in leading or contributing to end-to-end analysis projects, encompassing problem identification, data collection, analysis, solution development, and implementation.
• Continue to track industry development, capture market changes, opportunities, and risks, and streamline integrity industry best practices and strategy.
• Connect relevant business teams, use quantitative and qualitative solutions to track effects and impacts, and continuously optimize cognition and agile iteration to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent education/work experience in Ad integrity or Risk control space.
• You're entrepreneurial. You're self-driven and organized. Comfortable working in ambiguous yet fast-paced environments and passionate about building solutions that scale.
• You have a deep interest in developing and growing business opportunities by solving customer problems and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
