Responsibilities
Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new lead sources, new types of potential agencies, new partnerships or new products and services, that could benefit TikTok LIVE and drive new revenues.
- Create strategies to successfully reach and secure these new business opportunities.
Lead generation:
- Identify and source new agency prospects, focussing on: existing agencies, entrepreneurs, creators and networks.
- Utilise LinkedIn, social media, e-mail, events, conferences and AI automation to source new leads and agency prospects.
- Manage and maintain your pipeline of new agencies, qualify in and qualify out agency prospects, following best practices and keeping consistent data hygiene.
Pitching:
- Successfully pitch the TikTok LIVE Creator Networks program to new agency prospects.
- Convince qualified new agency prospects to sign up to the Creator Networks program and become an official partner.
Onboarding:
- Build effective relationships with your newly signed agency partners and lay the foundations for a long term business partnership.
- Facilitate our onboarding program with these newly signed agencies in order to rapidly get them operational and revenue generating.
- Successfully hit quarterly new partnership targets, and report transparently on your pipeline to TikTok LIVE leadership team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years industry experience, preferably but not necessarily in sectors related to live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, entertainment, tech, or start-ups.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the social media, tech or B2B sector, focussed on SMB/SMEs. Demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Experience in developing and presenting compelling proposals and showcasing the value proposition
- Capacity to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment while maintaining focus on goals and ensuring consistent progress towards achieving business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and negotiate effectively while fostering long-term client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, complementing the understanding of business development strategies and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and leverage CRM and analytics tools to drive strategy, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Adept at creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives, resulting in consistent revenue generation and market penetration.
- A collaborative team player mindset, continuously striving for higher performance while contributing actively to a collective goal of success.
