Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program; able to commit 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to approach problems creatively and logically.
Dutch proficiency is required due to working closely with stakeholders and reviewing SOPs in the target language
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or project experience in performance analysis, market research, or strategic planning.
Familiarity with the TikTok creator ecosystem, influencer marketing, or TikTok
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can independently generate ideas.
Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., student organizations, case competitions, hackathons).
