Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Internal Infrastructure
- Build scalable internal processes, operating models, and workflows to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Define clear ownership, KPIs, and ways of working to enable efficient execution and long term scale.
Affiliate Business Development & Growth
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with leading affiliate commerce marketers, including TikTok Shop Partners, affiliate advertisers, and creators platforms.
- Build and maintain a high quality pipeline focused on onboarding new advertisers to the Affiliate to Shop model, driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets through TikTok Shop.
Operational Excellence & Campaign Management
- Develop joint business plans with affiliate partners aligned with clear performance KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, and CAC.
- Provide ongoing performance insights, strategic guidance, and commercial consulting to scale partner activity.
- Lead end to end campaign execution in close collaboration with Client Solutions, ensuring TikTok ad solutions are tailored to affiliate driven advertisers.
Cross Functional Leadership & Influence
- Partner with cross functional teams including TikTok Shop, Policy, Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing to remove blockers and improve performance.
- Representing TikTok as a thought leader in affiliate led commerce through pitches, case studies, and industry engagement.
- Bring field insights back into the organization to inform product, tooling, and integration improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in Commerce or Affiliate Performance activity
- Proven experience managing partner relationships, ideally in performance marketing, with strong familiarity with Rev Share, CPA models.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence through cross-functional project leadership, both internally and externally
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and align media execution with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, eCommerce platforms, and affiliate ecosystems.
- Data-savvy, results-driven mindset with fluency in both English and Hebrew.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with Amazon activity, marketing automation, programmatic buying, or affiliate tracking platforms.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
