Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with category managers to design and execute category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze partner segments and optimize short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.
- Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.
- Optimize business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.
- Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently studying MBA degree or above, graduating after fall 2026.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during [Summer or Fall] 2026
- Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets while having excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Passionate about e-commerce and content-driven business models; proactive and self-motivated in a dynamic environment.
