    Position summary

    The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business operations and partnership management. You will collaborate closely with Business Operations Managers and cross-functional partners to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and continuously optimize our systems landscape to support driving business efficiency and growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, build, and maintain business systems and tools that enable efficient management of partnership programs, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and optimal user experience
    • Lead the development of comprehensive tracking, reporting, and analytics solutions that provide actionable business insights and visibility into program performance metrics
    • Partner with Business Operations Managers to identify optimization opportunities, automation needs, and new tool requirements that drive operational efficiency
    • Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and best practices for system usage and process compliance
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify revenue levers and design scalable solutions within core business systems and tooling to track, attribute, and optimize revenue growth. Drive enablement across Sales and XFNal teams through structured training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure consistent and effective system utilization.
    • Manage system change processes, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and user training to ensure successful adoption
    • Analyze system usage patterns, data trends, and operational bottlenecks to proactively recommend process improvements and enhancements
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities, streamline workflows, and drive business value through technology solutions

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in business systems management, solutions architecture, or related technical roles, in AdTech, digital advertising or programmatic media
    • Must be willing to work in New York, NY

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong technical expertise with CRM platforms, project management tools, business intelligence solutions, and data visualization technologies
    • Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing business systems that drive operational efficiency and business performance
    • Experience with data integration, workflow automation, and developing scalable solutions for complex business processes
    • Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
    • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional technical implementations
    • Outstanding communication skills with ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

    Job Information

    [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $135000 annually.

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

    Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
