    Position summary

    .g., seasonal promotions, Black Friday) by analyzing industry trends, competitor offerings, and TikTok user insights, directly driving GMV, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV) growth.

    • Design merchant incentive mechanisms using platform resources (traffic support, subsidies, data tools) to attract high-quality merchants and premium, competitively priced products; collaborate with the Industry AM team to expand merchant coverage and enhance recruitment efficiency.
    • Assist to create targeted subsidy strategies for campaigns and conduct A/B tests to optimise subsidy ROI, unlocking user acquisition and repeat purchase growth.
    • Coordinate with Product, Data Analytics, and Engineering teams to consolidate product feature requirements and build data infrastructure, enabling data-driven strategy adjustments and stakeholder alignment.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • University students in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields.
    • Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
    • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
    • Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed campaign improvements.
    • Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, communication with brands, and ensure smooth campaign operations.
